The West Shore Cafe, located directly on Lake Tahoe’s shores, makes for a stunning backdrop for any wedding, no matter the season. From outdoor to indoor wedding spaces, including options for small or large events.

 

West Shore Café Wedding Packages:

There are numerous options available at West Shore Café for weddings. The West Shore Cafe does have a “Full Venue Buyout” option and tends to be the most popular choice. The price for this ranges depending on the time of year and day of the week.

 

Intimate Weddings at the West Shore Cafe:

If you have less than 50 guests attending your wedding, you can still book this gorgeous wedding venue on the lake without the Full Venue Buyout option. You can have your ceremony on the Lakeside lawn location during midweek in the summer.

There is another venue for intimate weddings celebrated with under 50 guests. The wedding packages at West Shore Café start at $25,000 and goes all the way to $100,000+. You can tell them about your needs and get an accurate quote that matches your preferences.

 

The Spaces of West Shore Cafe:

 

1. West Shore Lakefront Lawn

     

MaxCapacity: 250 People

At this location, you can have your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, all with 180-degree views of Lake Tahoe. This space has added greenery by the aspen trees. If it rains on your wedding day, this space is also great for a clear tent to be set up while still having the views.

 

 

 

2. West Shore Lakefront Pier:

Max Capacity: 100 People

This location offers a more unique setting for your ceremony or dinner. It is one of Lake Tahoe’s only wedding locations right over the water. As the day turns into dusk, the pier is lined with patio lights, setting the most romantic scene. Something fun to add to this location is to arrive by boat!

 

 

3. West Shore Lakefront Deck and Pier:

Max Capacity Deck & Pier: 250 People

Max Capacity Deck Only: 150 People

If you have more people than 100 people for the pier, this is a great option to still be on top of Lake Tahoe’s gorgeous blue waters.

 

 

4. West Shore Lakefront Dining Room:

Max Capacity: 150 People

This room is an excellent choice for a colder wedding. In the winter you can have both ceremony and reception inside. Or if you are getting married in the summer, you can choose to have only the dining inside. Either way, this elegant room has floor to ceiling windows to look out to see the view.

 

5. Homewood Mountaintop Ceremony Site

Max Capacity: 150 People

Available June-September

For an epic wedding ceremony location, ride the chairlift up 7,000 feet up the mountain, creating an unforgettable experience. Rated the #1 Scenic Resort View in North America. This mountain-top ceremony location provides panoramic views of all of Tahoe.

 

Packages Include:

• One hour for guest seating & ceremony
• Six hours for reception
