Hyatt Proposal Photographer

Planning a proposal in the middle of a global pandemic is probably not the easiest thing in the world to do but as a proposal photographer I can help make it happen! A proposal at the Hyatt in Lake Tahoe is one of your best options! Proposing on the beach of Lake Tahoe at sunset is a guaranteed answer of YES!

Logan reached out to me a few weeks before their trip from Arizona to Lake Tahoe to photograph this big moment he had in store for his girlfriend Chrissy.  Chrissy started following me on Instagram before he reached out, so I made sure to be extra careful that day not to post anything on my Instagram to possibly give any hints away on what was about to happen later that night.

Day of the Proposal

The day was full of thunderstorms, so I was afraid they would be rained out (unless you want a romantic Nicholas Sparks Notebook type of a proposal, then the rain is perfect), but then the clouds cleared and we had a perfect sky and sunshine for the proposal. The moment unfolded so quickly, Logan dropped down to one knee, and immediately Chrissy knew. Another surprise is that her mom also came to Tahoe and congratulated her right after (so sweet!).

A Proposal Tip

I want to note that you should propose BEFORE dinner because dinner can accidentally get on your outfits. Plus you might be too nervous to eat 😉
