Lake Tahoe Summer Family Session

This sweet family contacted me last minute to photograph their family session in Lake Tahoe. They originally planned to travel to Yosemite, but unfortunately, California had other plans for them. This was when Yosemite had multiple fires throughout the area, and this family had to make some quick changes. I was so happy to accommodate and photograph them in North Shore, though! Tahoe had a little bit of smoke from the fires, but for their session, it wasn’t too bad, and we still had some blue skies, and the mountains were still visible.

I loved their family outfits they decided on — the variation of blue shades with white look great with the nature of Tahoe. The different textures and adding in a pattern also works very well. When deciding on family outfits, its best to aim to coordinate colors, not match.
