The Hyatt Lake Tahoe

This Lake Tahoe wedding venue has so many options, a lakefront ceremony, a wedding in a lush green meadow, an intimate gathering in a mountain lodge, or a grand reception in the Lakeside Ballroom. The Hyatt Regency wedding venue provides the dreamiest setting.

“With the snow sparkling on the High Sierras across the lake, there’s no better place to celebrate a wedding than with us here in Lake Tahoe. Whether you envision your wedding on a pristine lakeside beach, a snow-covered dock or in an elegant lake view ballroom, the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino offers romantic venues where family and friends can celebrate magical moments.”

My favorite thing about this wedding venue is everything is all in one location. So the getting ready suits, the ceremony and receptions spaces are all within walking distances of each other. So this makes things very easy for the wedding couple, guests and also me the photographer. I can pop back and forth to photograph the guys and girls getting ready then head right over to the ceremony location.

High Camp at Palisades Tahoe

If you want to wow your guests, this is a venue for that. Everyone will take a gondola ride up the mountain to arrive. High Camp at Palisades Tahoe is another venue with multiple options. My favorite is the mountain top locations; the Upper Deck at High camp for the ceremony and The Terrace Room at High Camp for the reception. Your guests will marvel at the expansive views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding Sierra while they watch you exchange your vows mid-mountain.
